Wow! I feel so blessed by your generosity! Thank you so much for the beautiful gifts and cards. I wish you all a blessed Christmas and look forward to seeing the students in January!
Monthly Archives: December 2021
Please remember to wear your Christmas sweaters today!
What a week!! We had great fun this week from making stockings and writing kind notes to our friends, to making and decorating gingerbread cookies! Today we learned about Christmas in Mexico and opened a piñata! I can’t believe it is only one more week until Christmas Break. The students are tired and ready for a long break.
Important information for next week:
- Last chance to bring money for the Salvation Army food drive.
- Wednesday the students are being recorded for the Christmas concert. Please have them come to school in either a Christmas sweater or a red, white, or green shirt. Hats and scarves are welcome.
- Friday, December 17th is the last day and dismissal at 11:30.
Salvation Army Food Drive – begins Wednesday, December 1st
- We are setting a school goal of $6000 by December 15th
- if we reach our goal, we will have an Animal Dress Up day when we return after Christmas break
- We are inviting students and families to DONATE money to the food drive as the Salvation Army has more buying power than we do. All donations go to the SCHOOL OFFICE.

How to Catch an Elf…
On Monday we read the story How to Catch an Elf and then designed and built our own elf traps.
